INWOOD RECREATION PHASE ONE - VIRTUAL OUTREACH PORTAL
The City of Houston, Harris County Flood Control District, Harris County Precinct One, and Houston Parks Board are excited that funding is in place for the first phase of the Inwood Recreation Project. Explore this page to find more information on the project and to provide your input on this exciting project!

INWOOD RECREATION PROJECT
Phase one is part of a larger plan to add recreation elements to the full Inwood Forest Stormwater Detention Basin project. The broader flood-mitigation project calls for a series of 12 interconnected basins at the 226-acre site of a former golf course on Antoine Drive north of West Little York Road.
The planning study for the overall project was completed in 2020.

INWOOD RECREATION PHASE ONE
Phase one will create a 1-mile greenway with recreation elements and amenities along Vogel Creek. It will connect Lone Star College on Victory Drive north to Arncliffe Drive near Dwight D. Eisenhower High School. Visit the project webpage for more information including community outreach meeting details.
